In the BusinessSocial edition of June 2022, there is a special focus on the Credit Suisse Procurement transformation.
The article includes the implementation of Cirtuo, the leader in Guided Supply Strategy Development, and a half page feature on Sourcing Champions.
Credit Suisse is a global financial services firm with more than 45,000 employees worldwide, which operates in over 50 countries. It relies on an extensive network of suppliers to outsource its IT, KPO, BPO, and facilities management requirements.
In the edition, there is an interview with Daniel Helming, Head of Procurement at Credit Suisse. He stated that coming as the first non-banking Head of Procurement allowed him to have an overall view of the current procurement processes and organization, and pursue a cautious strategy, with the consequence of creating real impact for the bank and taking procurement to the next level.
At the end of the interview, he paraphrase a quotation from the Blackstone co-founder and chairman: “If you are convinced of a deal/project, and you can do it small or large, do it large. At the end you will invest nearly the same resources and energy, but the outcome is greater”.
That is the way we face deals and projects at Sourcing Champions: we strongly believe in them and we use our knowledge and expertise to reach large achievements. Our procurement boost program enables successful project implementation relating to Category Strategy, Procurement Transformation, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, and Digital and Sustainable Procurement, achieving tangible results.
