Terms and Conditions for Procurement Climate Council Ticket Purchase

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of tickets (“Tickets”) for attendance at Procurement Climate Council (“Event”) held in the Netherlands. By purchasing a Ticket, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Event Access and Identification Entry to the Event will only be granted upon presentation of a valid ticket and appropriate identification. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry if the identity of the ticket holder cannot be verified.

2. Ticket Purchase and Non-Transferability Tickets purchased are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not resell, gift, or otherwise transfer your Ticket to any other person without express written permission from the event organizer.

3. Ticket Refund and Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation, interruption, or postponement due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government actions, or any other force majeure events, tickets will not be refunded. The event organizer reserves the right to reschedule or otherwise modify the Event without obligation for refund.

4. Use of Personal Information By purchasing a Ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information, including but not limited to your name and email address, for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes by the event organizer. Your data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Limitation of Liability The event organizer shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by attendees during the Event, including personal injury, lost or stolen items, or any indirect or consequential damages.

6. Photography and Video Recording Consent By attending the Event, you acknowledge and consent to photographs, videos, or recordings being taken of you during the event. You grant the event organizer a royalty-free right to use, publish, distribute, and display these images and recordings for promotional, marketing, and any other business-related purposes.

7. Compliance with Event Rules You agree to comply with any rules and guidelines issued by the event organizer before or during the Event. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund or compensation.

8. Event Changes The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or content at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
