The close of 2025 offers a moment to reflect and to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of you. The trust you have placed in Sourcing Champions enabled our team to strategically support clients across complex challenges, achieve meaningful growth, and deepen collaboration across the procurement ecosystem. I’d like to reflect on the year and what it meant for Sourcing Champions.
Momentum in 2025: Growth, Action, and Collaboration
There are years where progress is measured step by step. And then there are years where momentum rolls in and is impossible to miss. 2025 was that kind of year.
It was a year defined by bold delivery across strategic engagements, both locally and internationally. Clients came to us seeking partners who could step into complexity and help them move forward, and that is exactly where Sourcing Champions thrives.
Across industries and geographies, we supported organizations facing real-world procurement challenges: international cost pressure, digital transformation, increasing risk exposure, and rising sustainability expectations. Our work ranged from strategic category and cost programmes in complex manufacturing environments to hands-on source-to-pay implementations, risk and resilience initiatives, and embedded sourcing support.
What connected all these engagements was a strong bias for action. We consistently apply our 15M Architecture framework, to make things happen inside organisations. We navigated real constraints, competing priorities, and human dynamics. Strategic vision matters, but making it happen matters most.
This level of delivery is only possible with the right people.
Throughout 2025, team SC continued to raise the bar. Consultants achieved numerous Ivalua Level 3 certifications, CIPS qualifications, and we strengthened our internal standards through ISO 2001 certification. As a firm, we also earned our first EcoVadis Bronze rating – a significant milestone that reflects the collective effort of our team and our commitment to the same sustainability and ethical standards we champion for our clients.
Beyond delivery, 2025 was a year of connection.
Over the course of the year, we hosted our Amstel Procurement Cafés and the 3rd annual PCC, sponsored IvaluaNOW, and acted as headline sponsor of NEVI Procurement Day. We were also staying close to the conversations shaping the future of procurement. We were present at key partner and industry events, contributing to the conversations shaping the future of procurement.
Moreover, we also received strong recognition from the procurement community, including being named a Platinum Level Procurement Consultancy by Consultancy.nl and reaching the milestone of 5,000 followers on our official LinkedIn page.
Procurement does not evolve in isolation, and neither should we.
One of Sourcing Champions’ defining strengths is our belief in partnerships.

In 2025, we continued to deepen existing relationships while further expanding our partner ecosystem, notably with EcoVadis and akirolabs, which supports our robust sustainability and category strategy program. These collaborations were designed to accelerate delivery and amplify impact, enabling better outcomes for our clients.
Looking back, the takeaway from 2025 is clear.
Looking back, the takeaway is clear: everything we achieved was powered by our clients and by our people. A growing, dedicated, and energetic team that cares deeply about quality, enjoys working together, and believes that procurement can and should deliver real impact.
